Create a New 3D Presentation [Beta]

Learn how to create a 3D Presentation, set a name, configure access, and add 3D, 360, PDF, Image, and Video Slides.

Overview

This article explains how to create a new 3D Presentation in VRIFY Present. You can create multiple presentations to tailor content for different audiences, meetings, or project updates.

This article applies to VRIFY Present Beta. View legacy instructions at Create 3D Presentations.


Step by Step Instructions

Create a New 3D Presentation (Beta)

  1. Go to 3D Presentations in the left-hand menu

  2. Click Create 3D Presentation (Beta)

You can also start a new presentation by clicking Create Presentation from the Home page.


Name Your Presentation

VRIFY Present generates a default title using your company name and the current date.

  1. Review the auto-generated title.

  2. Click into the title field and type a descriptive name.

You can update the title again at any time after creation.


Adjust Access Level

The default access level for a new 3D presentation is Everyone at company is an Editor. To adjust these settings:

  1. Click the General Access dropdown.

  2. Select a different access level.

  3. Enter email addresses in the invite field to add specific people.

  4. Click Invite.

  5. Click Save Changes to confirm your access settings.

Add Slides to Your 3D Presentation

  1. Click + Add New Slide in the top-left corner

  2. Select the slide type:

    • PDF - commonly used for corporate documents

    • 3D - an immersive 3D Slide created from your uploaded asset data

    • Image - add visuals like photos and presentation graphics

    • Video - include pre-recorded corporate content

    • 360 - an immersive 360° photo that supports hotspots
