Overview
You can archive or delete a 3D Presentation from your VRIFY account in just a few steps.
Archiving is a good option if you want to hide a Presentation from your company profile page and make it unsearchable, while still keeping the direct link active and accessible.
Deleting permanently removes a Presentation from VRIFY and cannot be undone, so only choose this option if you’re sure you no longer need the Presentation.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Archive a 3D Presentation
Archiving a 3D Presentation means it will not be visible on the company profile page. It may still be accessed and viewed via direct link.
Log in to VRIFY.com.
From the left menu, click 3D Presentations.
Open the options menu.
Next to the Presentation you want to archive, click the three-dot menu (•••).
Select Archive.
Near the bottom of the menu, click Archive.
Confirm.
Click Confirm to archive the Presentation.
Delete a 3D Presentation
Deleting a 3D Presentation is a permanent, irreversible action. If you aren't sure whether you want to permanently delete a Presentation, consider Archiving it until you are sure.
Log in to VRIFY.com.
From the left menu, click 3D Presentations.
Open the options menu.
Next to the Presentation you want to permanently delete, click the three-dot menu (•••).
Select Delete.
At the bottom of the menu, click Delete.
Confirm.
Click Confirm to delete the Presentation.
Notes
When you archive a 3D Presentation, double-check that you are still comfortable with the access permissions.
