Overview
Before Spectral Data can be added to a 3D Slide in VRIFY Present, it must first be validated in VRIFY Prepare.
When you add a Spectral Data file to the workspace, VRIFY Prepare automatically adds a Validate step and a Publish step. To complete processing, you validate the file, review the results, and publish it.
Prepare and Upload Data
The preferred formats for Spectral Data are .ers or .GeoTIFF.
Upload and sort your files into the correct subfolders in Files before starting this workflow. See Upload Files to VRIFY.
Step by Step Instructions
Remote Sensing
Select Spectral Data from the left sidebar.
Drag the file into the workspace.
Note: VRIFY Prepare automatically adds Validate and Publish steps to the workspace.
Click the Validate step to open the Step Details panel.
Click Validate.
Note: Validation starts immediately. Review the results in this step when validation is complete.
Publish Files
If no issues are found, or only non-breaking issues are present, click the Publish step, then click Publish file. See Understanding Error Messages in VRIFY Prepare.
Note: If issues are found, correct the data and re-upload the file through the File uploader before publishing.
Confirm Data is Available in VRIFY Present
After publishing, most files are available immediately with a status of Accepted. Large files can take an hour or more. See Understanding File Statuses.
Once the file status shows Accepted, open a 3D Slide in edit mode in VRIFY Present and open the Add Objects & Assets panel. The data will appear under the corresponding folder.
