Clear Cache and Downloads in the VRIFY App

Learn how to troubleshoot Deck loading issues in the app.

Overview

If your Decks aren’t loading in the VRIFY app — even after updating the app and iOS— try clearing your cache and deleting downloaded Decks. This refreshes stored data without affecting your account or content.

Note: When you clear your cache, you will also delete your downloaded Decks. However, your Decks are still available in your account and can be easily re-downloaded at any time.


Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Open the VRIFY App

    • Tap the VRIFY icon on your iPad to open the app.

  2. Open Settings

    • Tap the Settings icon in the upper-right corner (typically your initials).

  3. Access Advanced Settings

    • Scroll down and tap Advanced.

  4. Select Items to Clear

    • Tap Clear Cache & Downloads.

  5. Confirm the Action

    • Tap Clear to complete the process.
