Overview
If your Decks aren’t loading in the VRIFY app — even after updating the app and iOS— try clearing your cache and deleting downloaded Decks. This refreshes stored data without affecting your account or content.
Note: When you clear your cache, you will also delete your downloaded Decks. However, your Decks are still available in your account and can be easily re-downloaded at any time.
Step-By-Step Instructions
Open the VRIFY App
Tap the VRIFY icon on your iPad to open the app.
Open Settings
Tap the Settings icon in the upper-right corner (typically your initials).
Access Advanced Settings
Scroll down and tap Advanced.
Select Items to Clear
Tap Clear Cache & Downloads.
Confirm the Action
Tap Clear to complete the process.
