New Feature: Press Release Links
Create a press release link to share a 3D presentation using a direct, shareable link, without making it publicly discoverable or changing General Access settings.
This allows PR teams to include a working link in press materials ahead of time, without requiring a VRIFY account or last-minute access changes at launch.

Improved Sharing with External Users
You can now share confidential 3D Presentations with external users using time-limited access links.
External users have view-only access and do not require a VRIFY account
Access links expire 7 days after being sent and can be reissued if access is still active
Access can be removed at any time
This enables secure collaboration with investors and partners while maintaining control over access.

Improved Access Controls for 3D Presentations
Access management has been updated to give you more control when creating and managing presentations.
Presentations now default to company-wide edit access, with the option to customize access during creation or update it any time in the Share modal
Editors can now update General Access and manage user access (add, edit, or remove users), previously limited to Owners
These updates simplify access management by giving Editors more control and making it easier to set access from the start.
