Update the VRIFY App

Learn how to manually check for updates to the VRIFY App and install them.

Updated this week

Overview

Keeping the VRIFY App up to date is important for ensuring the best possible experience, both when exploring the app and when presenting your VRIFY Decks.

While your iPad may automatically update apps, it’s a best practice to always check for updates manually, especially before you present a Deck in a meeting.

Important: To ensure the best performance when presenting your Deck, please prepare your iPad and VRIFy app in advance, while connected to a reliable Wi-Fi network:

✅ Update the VRIFY app to the latest version

✅ Click through your Deck to pre-load 3D and 360 Slides

Follow the instructions below to manually update the VRIFY App on your iPad. Keep in mind that screenshots may vary slightly depending on what iOS device or version you are using.

  3. Scroll to Available Updates

    • Look for a list of apps with available updates.

    • If VRIFY does not appear on the list, it does not need to be updated.

  4. Update the VRIFY App

    • Tap Update next to the VRIFY App.

    • Wait for the update to download and install.

Best Practices

  • Use a strong Wi-Fi connection: Make sure your device is connected to a reliable Wi-Fi network before updating. If your iPad has a data plan, it’s recommended to update over Wi-Fi to avoid using mobile data.

  • Enable auto-updates: Turn on automatic updates to help ensure the VRIFY App is always running the latest version.

  • Double-check before presenting: Even with auto-updates enabled, confirm the VRIFY App is up to date before any presentation, especially if you’ll be in a remote location with limited or no Wi-Fi access.
