Overview
When you use the Files uploader, any folder with subfolders includes an Uncategorized subfolder. Files placed here cannot always be processed in VRIFY Explore, our data preparation workspace.
Categorizing data in the correct folder and subfolder is a best practice to ensure optimal data validation and accurate 3D modelling.
Before processing your data in Explore, move each file into the subfolder that matches its data type.
Step by Step Instructions
If you’re not sure which subfolder a file belongs in, review Files Folder Structure & Upload Requirements or reach out to your dedicated VRIFY contact.
To move a file into the correct subfolder:
Locate the file you want to move.
Click the three-dot menu on the right and select Move File:
Select the subfolder that matches the file's data type:
Click Move File:
Repeat for each remaining file in Uncategorized.
