Overview
Cliff is DORA's built-in AI assistant. It uses the VRIFY Help Center to answer questions about DORA features and workflows. You can ask Cliff questions directly or search Help Center articles without leaving your experiment screen.
Cliff can answer questions about DORA workflows and features, but it cannot answer questions about your specific VRIFY account or experiment results.
Step by Step Instructions
Ask Cliff
Click the ? icon in the upper right corner to open the Messenger:
Click Ask a question next to the Cliff avatar:
Type your question:
Be specific and use keywords.
Rephrase your question if Cliff does not return a useful answer.
You can ask multiple questions in a single session.
If Cliff cannot answer your question, please reach out to your dedicated VRIFY contact or email support@vrify.com for help.

Search the Help Center
Click the ? icon in the upper right corner to open the Messenger.
Click Search for help on the home screen, or click Help in the spaces at the bottom of the Messenger:
Use the search bar, or scroll to the VRIFY Predict collection and open the DORA sub-collection to browse articles. Articles open directly in the Messenger:
