Download Files from VRIFY

Learn how to download one or multiple files from VRIFY.

Overview

You may need to download your previously uploaded files from VRIFY for use in other tools or to share. This guide explains how to locate and download individual, multiple, or all asset files from the Files section.

For individual files, you can download up to 5GB at a time.


Step by Step Instructions

These steps walk you through downloading files, folders, and all asset files in the Files Uploader product:

Download Individual Files

  1. Go to the Files Section

    • From the left-hand side menu, click Files under the Data category:

  2. Find the File(s) you want to Download

    • Navigate to the folder and subfolder, ​or

    • Use the filters on the All Data Files page:

  3. Select the File(s)

  4. Download

    • Click Download from the pop-up action menu.

    • Your file(s) will begin downloading to your device.

Note: If you attempt to download a file that is larger than 5GB from within a folder, you will see this error message:

Download too large error message

To download a large file, navigate to the folder and download from there.


Download All Asset Files or Folders

  1. Select All Asset Files

    • From the All Data Files page, click the checkmark next to the main Files heading. This selects all folders and files. You can also select individual folders:

  2. Download Asset Files

    • Click Download in the upper left:

    • You will see a message that the download is too large to be downloaded immediately and a link will be emailed to you. Click Continue and email me the link:

    • You'll see a confirmation in the lower right:

  3. Download from Email

    • You should see an email with the subject line Your download for [asset name] is ready.

    • Open and click the Download link:

    • Note that the download link expires after 48 hours.
