From the left-hand side menu, click Files under the Data category:

Navigate to the folder and subfolder, ​or

Use the filters on the All Data Files page:

Click the checkbox to the left of each file you want to download. Press Shift+Click to select multiple files at once.

(Optional) You can copy a direct link to share the file with another user. The recipient must have a VRIFY account and Data user permissions for the same company account.

Click Download from the pop-up action menu.

Your file(s) will begin downloading to your device.

From the All Data Files page, click the checkmark next to the main Files heading. This selects all folders and files:

Click Download in the upper left:

You will see a message that the download is too large to be downloaded immediately and a link will be emailed to you. Click Continue and email me the link:

You'll see a confirmation in the lower right:

You should see an email with the subject line Your download for [asset name] is ready.

Open and click the Download link:

Note that the download link expires after 48 hours.
