Using a clear, consistent naming convention makes it easier to manage your data across VRIFY. Well-named files are faster to upload to the correct folder, process in VRIFY Prepare, and locate when building 3D and 360 Slides in VRIFY Present.

If your organization doesn’t use a consistent naming convention, the recommendations below are a good starting point before you upload, validate, and publish your data.

Pattern: [Feature]_[Year] [Resource Type] or [Feature] | [Qualifier]

Example: Pit_2026_Resource

Pattern: [Site/Area] |_[Feature Type]

Example: Alpha Mine North_Ramps

Pattern: [Site/Area]_[Data Type]

Example: AlphaMine_Assays

Pattern: [Site/Area]_Feature/Type] or [Feature Type] [Qualifier]

Example: Alpha Mine_Deformation Zone (N)

Pattern: [Site/Area]_[Feature/Type]_[Date/Campaign]
