Download a 3D Presentation as a PDF

Learn how to export a 3D Presentation and download it as a PDF file.

Updated yesterday

Overview

You can download your VRIFY 3D Presentation as a PDF. This feature is especially helpful when you need to provide a static version of your presentation, such as for conference organizers who request materials in advance.

Use Case

Exporting a PDF is intended for situations where an interactive 3D Presentation cannot be shared, such as submitting your presentation to conference organizers ahead of time.

We do not recommend sharing the PDF version of your Presentation with investors, press releases, or other key audiences. A static PDF does not capture the full value of a VRIFY 3D Presentation, which includes interactive 3D models, 360° visuals, and guided navigation.

To ensure your message is experienced as intended, we strongly encourage sharing the full interactive 3D Presentation by sharing access to a presentation or creating a video recording.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to VRIFY.com

    • Go to 3D Presentations.

  2. Locate the 3D Presentation

    • Click the three-dot action menu on the far right.

  3. Export as PDF

    • Select Export as PDF:

    • You’ll see a notification in the lower right corner that your PDF is generating.

      • Depending on the size of your Presentation, it can take up to 20 minute to generate.

  4. Download PDF

    • Check the email associated with your VRIFY account.

    • Click the link to download the PDF to your computer:

      • Note: PDF download links expire after seven days. You can export another PDF at any time.

  5. Open PDF

    • Locate the PDF on your desktop. If you’re not sure where to find it, start with your Downloads folder.

      • The file will be called VRIFY-Presentation-[name of Presentation].pdf

    • Click to open in your default PDF viewer, or right click to select a program.

    • Review the slides to ensure they appear as intended.

Notes

  • Use Preview Mode to review how each slide will appear before exporting.

  • The PDF captures the Presentation as it appears to viewers during an Online or In-Person meeting.

  • The final capture is taken after slide transitions are complete:

    • Transition:

      • Example of a 3D Slide transition

    • PDF Slide:

  • Captions, visible layers, and labels that have been turned on are included in the PDF.

  • Hotspots are captured but are not interactive.

  • Section headers and Slide titles are not displayed in the exported file

  • Any 3D Presentation can be exported as a PDF, regardless of the General Access Level.
