Overview
Section headers help you organize your 3D Presentation into clear groups of slides. They appear in the side panel for easy navigation and can be collapsed to hide the thumbnails.
The side panel and section headers are visible to yourself when you host a meeting to help you navigate through your Presentation, and to viewers who access a direct link to your Presentation (e.g., through a website embed).
Note: This article applies to VRIFY Present Beta, which includes features not available in VRIFY Present Legacy. View legacy instructions at Create and Edit Section Headers.
Step by Step Instructions
Add a Section Header
Hover above a slide thumbnail in the side panel until the + and H icons appear:
Click the H to add a section header above that slide:
Add a title in the text box:
Hit Enter to save:
Repeat creating sections as needed.
Note: A section header includes all slides up to the next section header.
Edit the Header Title
Click the three dot menu and click Rename Section:
Edit the title copy.
Hit Enter to save:
Collapse or Expand a Section
Click the arrow on the left of the title:
There will be an indicator showing the number of slides in that section.
Note: Collapsing a section will hide the thumbnail preview in the side panel, it does not skip the slides in that section when presenting:
Move a Section Header (Header only)
Expand the section.
Click and hold on the section header title.
Drag the section up or down in the side panel:
Reorder a Section (Header and slides)
Collapse the section.
Click and hold on the section header title.
Drag the section up or down in the side panel:
Delete a Section Header
Click the three dot menu beside the header title:
Select Delete Section:
Check the confirmation box:
Click Permanently Delete.
Note: This does not delete slides within the section.
