Change the Camera Angle on 3D and 360 Slides

Learn how to adjust the placement of your 3D model or 360° imagery on a Slide.

Overview

While editing 3D and 360 Slides, you can easily adjust the starting camera angle and position of your 3D model or 360° imagery using simple mouse controls.


Step-by-Step Instructions

3D Slides:

  1. Edit Slide.

    • Locate the 3D Slide you want to edit.

    • Click Edit Slide

  2. Change the Camera Angle.

    • Click and drag your mouse to rotate the model in any direction.

    • Use the scroll wheel on your mouse to zoom in or out.

    • Click and hold the right mouse button to pan the model without rotating

  3. Save Your Changes.

    1. Click Save to update the existing Slide, or Save As to create a new version with the updated view.

360 Slides:

  1. Edit Slide.

    • Locate the 360 Slide you want to edit.

    • Click Edit Slide

  2. Change the Camera Angle.

    • Click and drag your mouse to pan the camera view side to side or up and down.

    • Use the scroll wheel on your mouse to zoom in or out.

  3. Save Your Changes.

    • Click Save to update the existing Slide, or Save As to create a new version with the updated view.


Best Practices

  • Avoid extreme zoom or wide angles. Instead, make sure the Slide is easy to interpret at first glance.
