Updated over 3 weeks ago

In this guide:

Overview

Your booth is your stage. With the right setup and preparation, you can engage visitors, tell your story effectively, and avoid last-minute surprises.

Set Up Your Booth

Prepare Your Content

  • Reach out to your dedicated VRIFY contact a few weeks in advance for any conference assistance (at least 10 days for 3D Presentation updates)

  • Ensure your 3D models and 360° images are up to date

Prepare Your Device(s) While Connected to the Internet

Purchase and/or Test Hardware

  • If you have a TV screen at your booth, you can connect an iPad to display your 3D Presentation:

    • For a wired connection, purchase an iPad to HDMI adapter (dongle) to connect to the big screen. Remember to also bring a new HDMI cable in good working condition. If possible, pack cords in multiple lengths to suit different setups.

    • For a wireless connection, consider bringing an Apple TV to cast to the big screen.

  • Bring iPad stands to better display a looping video of your 3D Presentation.

  • If possible, test your adapter and cable setup at the venue in advance (connect with your Customer Service Manager for assistance).

Share Your 3D Presentation

There are two effective ways to showcase your VRIFY 3D Presentation at your booth:

Looping 3D Presentation on the big screen

  • Connect your iPad to an external screen with an adapter and HDMI cord (or Apple TV for a wireless connection).

  • Use autoplay to loop a video of your presentation with 3D and 360° content.

  • Connect other iPads and stand them up on iPad stands to demonstrate the connection

Guided walkthrough on iPad

  • Connect iPads directly — no internet needed, ideal for busy conference floors — then hand one to a visitor to walk them through your 3D Presentation.

  • Share your presentation using annotations and other VRIFY presentation features.

Best Practices

  • Use the annotation tool to guide attention to key points

  • Rotate, zoom, and explore 3D models and 360° imagery

  • Encourage visitors to interact with your 3D Presentation directly on the iPad

  • Charge iPads fully the night before the conference
