Overview
VRIFY Present Beta lets you start an online meeting directly from your 3D Presentation, without going through Preview first.
During a meeting, you can share a meeting link with participants, control captions, view 3D layers, and annotate slides.
Note: This article applies to VRIFY Present Beta, which includes features not available in VRIFY Present Legacy. View legacy instructions at Start an Online Meeting from the Web.
Step by Step Instructions
Open the 3D Presentation you want to present.
Click Present in the upper right corner to automatically start the meeting:
You will see a success message in the lower right confirming that the meeting has started:
Click Copy Link to copy the meeting link, then share it with participants so they can join. You can also find the code in the left side panel above the slide thumbnails:
Use the meeting controls as you present:
Turn captions on or off using the caption toggle in the top middle navigation bar:
Open the 3D Layers Menu in the lower right to hide and show layers in the 3D model:
Use the annotation tool in the lower left corner to mark up the slide during the meeting:
Click End Presentation in the upper right to end the meeting:
Additional Notes
Click the dropdown next to Present for other options, including:
Record yourself walking through the presentation
Autoplay at 5, 10, or 15 second slide intervals
