Validate and Publish Graphics

Learn how to validate and publish Graphics in VRIFY Prepare so it is available for use in VRIFY Present.

Overview

Before a Graphic can be added to a 3D Slide in VRIFY Present, it must first pass validation and data quality checks in VRIFY Prepare.

When you add a Graphics file to the workspace, VRIFY Prepare automatically adds a Validate step and a Data Quality step in sequence. To complete processing, you run both steps, review the results, and publish the file.

Prepare and Upload Data

Upload and sort your files into the correct subfolders in Files before starting this workflow. See Upload Files to VRIFY.

  1. After publishing, most files are available immediately with a status of Accepted. Large files can take an hour or more. See Understanding File Statuses.

  2. Once the file status shows Accepted, open a 3D or 360 Slide in edit mode in VRIFY Present and open the Add Objects & Assets panel. The data will appear under the corresponding folder.
