Overview
If you are having connection issues during In-Person Meetings on an iPad, try these troubleshooting steps.
Important: Before you disconnect from a network, please ensure that any Deck(s) you plan to present are downloaded on the app.
Tap the Download icon:
You'll see the downloaded Deck in the Downloaded tab, and the icon will change:
Forget Network
To forget the network that you're currently connected to:
Go to Settings > Wi-Fi.
Tap the i icon next to the network you're connected to.
Tap Forget This Network.
Tap Forget to confirm.
Remember to keep Wi-Fi enabled but do not connect to a network.
Turn off Auto-Join Hotspot
If that doesn't work — and you’re using your iPhone as a hotspot — your iPad may be set to automatically join, which can reconnect you to the internet.
To turn this off:
Go to Settings > Wi-Fi.
Scroll down and tap Auto-Join Hotspot.
Change it from Automatic to either:
