Overview
Before Geophysics data can be added to a 3D Slide in VRIFY Present, it must first be processed in VRIFY Prepare.
Magnetotellurics, Magnetics, Gravity, Electromagnetics, DC/IP, and Radiometrics data pass through a validation workflow. When you add one of these files to the workspace, VRIFY Prepare automatically adds a Validate step and a Publish step. To complete processing, you validate the file, review the results, and publish it.
Image files in Geophysics Photos and Geophysics Sections follow a Validate and Publish workflow. PDF files are published directly without validation.
Prepare and Upload Data
Upload and sort your files into the correct subfolders in Files before starting this workflow. See Upload Files to VRIFY.

The preferred formats above are the most common. Each survey subfolder (Magnetotellurics, Magnetics, Gravity, Electromagnetics, DC/IP and Radiometrics) also processes:
Raster and grid:

.dxf,.dwg
DXF and DWG files in Geophysics folders follow the same Validate and Publish workflow as other survey data. They are not processed as 3D Objects. Each DXF, DWG, GeoJSON, Parquet and GeoPackage file appears as its own row in the workspace.
The Other subfolder accepts the same formats, plus .jpg, .png and .jpeg image files.
Step by Step Instructions
Magnetotellurics, Magnetics, Gravity, Electromagnetics, DC/IP, Radiometrics
Select Geophysics from the left sidebar.
Drag the file into the workspace.
Note: VRIFY Prepare automatically adds Validate and Publish steps to the workspace.
Click the Validate step to open the Step Details sidebar on the right.
Click Validate file.
Note: Validation starts immediately. Review the results in this step when validation is complete.
Publish Data
If no issues are found, or only non-blocking issues are present, click the Publish step, then click Publish file. See Understanding Error Messages in VRIFY Prepare
Note: If issues are found, correct the data and re-upload the file through the Files uploader before publishing.
Confirm Data is Available in VRIFY Present
After publishing, most files are available immediately with a status of Accepted. Large files can take an hour or more. See Understanding File Statuses.
Once the file status shows Accepted, open a 3D Slide in edit mode in VRIFY Present and open the Add Objects & Assets panel. The data will appear under the corresponding folder.

Photos and image files
Select Geophysics from the left sidebar.
Drag the file into the workspace.
Note: VRIFY Prepare automatically adds Validate and Publish steps to the workspace.
Click the Validate step to open the right sidebar.
Click Validate.
Note: Validation starts immediately. Review the results in this step when validation is complete.
If no issues are found, or only non-blocking issues are present, click the Publish step, then click Publish file.
PDF files
Select Geophysics from the left sidebar.
Drag the file into the workspace.
Note: VRIFY Prepare automatically adds a Publish step to the workspace.
Click the Publish step to open the right sidebar.
Click Publish file.
Confirm Data is Available in VRIFY Present
After publishing, most files are available immediately with a status of Accepted. Large files can take an hour or more. See Understanding File Statuses.
Once the file status shows Accepted, open a 3D Slide in edit mode in VRIFY Present and open the Add Objects & Assets panel. The data will appear under the corresponding folder.
