Files over 5 GB cannot be downloaded at the file level in the Files Uploader. 

To download a file over 5 GB, navigate up to the folder level and initiate the download from there. The system processes the file on the backend and sends a download link to your email when complete.

Use the folder-level download to retrieve files over 5 GB.

In the Files Uploader, navigate one level up from the file to the folder view. Select the folder that contains the file:

Click Download in the upper right:

A modal will appear confirming the file is too large for direct download and that a link will be sent to your email:

Open the email and use the link to download the file:

4. Open the email and use the link to download the file:

The email with the download link may take a few minutes to arrive depending on file size.

If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder.
