Overview

Downloading a 3D Presentation Deck in the VRIFY App lets you access and share it offline when sharing with nearby iPads or in locations with limited internet access.

This article explains how to download, find, and manage your 3D Presentation Decks on an iPad.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to the VRIFY App

    • Make sure you’re connected to a stable Wi-Fi connection.

  2. Tap the Download Icon

    • Locate the 3D Presentation deck on the All Decks tab.

    • Download icon

    • Tap the download icon next to it to begin the download.

  3. Confirm the Download

    • Once downloaded, the download icon will change to a rectangle with a checkmark , indicating it’s saved to your device.

  4. View All Downloaded 3D Presentations

    • Tap the Download tab at the top of the home screen to see all 3D Presentations currently stored on your iPad.

  5. Check for Updates

    • If a red dot appears on the download icon , that means the presentation has been updated since your last download. Re-download it to get the latest version.

  6. Delete a Downloaded 3D Presentation Deck (Optional)

    • Tap the download icon again and select Delete to remove it from your device.

    • Alternatively, you can clear your cache, which will delete any downloaded presentations.


Best Practices

  • Always download 3D Presentation decks prior to starting a meeting, while connected to a strong internet connection. Then, click through the slides to pre-load 3D models, scene transitions, and 36o imagery.

  • Remember to check for updates and download before sharing a presentation.
