Overview

VRIFY Decks deliver a superior audience experience through powerful, interactive 3D and 360° content. Unlike static PowerPoints, VRIFY keeps investors engaged, breaks up presentation fatigue, and makes it easier for audiences to quickly grasp complex technical data. By presenting your story in a clear, dynamic, and memorable way, you’ll leave investors with the understanding and the confidence they need to buy in.

Don’t just take it from us. Here’s what Tim Smith, VP Exploration at U.S. GoldMining, has to say:

📣 "[VRIFY Decks] are an invaluable part of our storytelling toolkit. It bridges the gap between technical data and audience understanding that static visuals simply can't. [It] makes complex concepts accessible." 📣

This guide is for anyone representing your company at a conference — from your CEO on stage, to Investor Relations in one-on-one meetings, to the team running your booth.

You’ll find everything you need to stand out, captivate audiences, attract attention on the floor, and turn leads into investors.

Conference presentation from a podium

Before the Conference

Success starts with preparation. Get comfortable with VRIFY’s powerful presentation features and set yourself up with the right tools, updated Decks, and a clear plan.

Step 1: Connect with your dedicated VRIFY contact

Before the conference, reach out to your dedicated VRIFY contact a few weeks in advance.

They can guide you through every step of preparing your Deck, provide best practice advice, and even coordinate with the conference AV team to make sure everything is in place for a smooth presentation.

Step 2: Update your 3D Models and 360° Imagery

Make sure your 3D Models reflect your latest findings and your 360° imagery is current. If updates are required, contact your dedicated VRIFY contact at least 10 days before the conference to ensure everything is ready in time.

Step 3: Build or update your Deck(s)

You can hit the ground running at the conference with one Deck to suit all needs, but can also tailor different Decks to suit different formats.

We recommend creating multiple Decks based on your use case at the conference:

  1. Presentation Deck: A concise Deck that fits within your presentation timeframe and incorporates your most powerful interactive slides with a few key PDFs.

  2. Booth Deck: An interactive-only Deck that grabs the attention of passerby with impactful 3D and 360 content.

  3. Investor meeting Deck: A more comprehensive version of your presentation Deck to accommodate any question from investors.

Use 2D slides to share company information such as your management team, financials, and key highlights. Then, bring your story to life with interactive 3D and 360 Slides to showcase your assets and your site in a way that 2D alone can’t do justice.

Step 4: Rehearse with VRIFY's powerful interactive features

To get the full value of VRIFY’s interactive Decks, take time to get comfortable with the tools designed to enhance your presentations:

💡 Tip: Want to promote your presentation during the conference? Before you go, Embed your Deck or a recording of you presenting your Deck on your company website, then generate a QR code* that you can display on your phone or iPad.

Conference attendees can scan the code and save the link on their device to view your Deck! Here's an example of what this could look like:

During the Conference

Whether you’re at the podium, in a meeting, or at your booth, presenting with ease comes from knowing how to leverage VRIFY’s unique features.

💡 Tip: The night before the conference, prepare your iPad and VRIFY app in advance, while connected to a reliable Wi-Fi network.

✅ Update the VRIFY app to the latest version

Update your iPad to the latest iOS

Download your Deck and sync updates

✅ Click through your Deck to pre-load 3D and 360 Slides

Step 1: Set up an eye-catching booth

Your booth is often the first impression investors and stakeholders will have of your company at a conference. This Conference Booth Success Guide will walk you through everything you need to confidently showcase your VRIFY Deck and make a lasting impact.

Don’t forget to ask visitors to scan the QR code for your Embedded Deck — this way it’s saved on their device for easy access later.

Step 2: Run a knockout presentation

When presenting from the podium, you can showcase your VRIFY Deck directly from your iPad. The two best options are:

  • Cast with Apple TV – Present wirelessly by connecting your iPad to the large screen using Apple TV.

  • Plug In with an HDMI Cord – For a reliable wired connection, use an iPad-to-HDMI dongle to connect your iPad directly to the screen.

💡 Tip: When presenting from a podium, turn off screen lock on your iPad. Depending on where the HDMI dongle connects, you may need to flip your device. Keeping screen rotation unlocked ensures your iPad display adjusts automatically, making it easier to present.

Step 3: Run standout 1:1 meetings

Conferences can be busy and distracting, so private In-Person Meetings are a great way to connect with stakeholders in a more focused setting.

The benefit of In-Person Meetings is that you can connect your iPads on a local network to present your Deck without relying on internet access. This ensures a seamless experience even when conference Wi-Fi is overloaded.

After The Conference

Extend the value of your VRIFY Decks by using follow-up strategies that highlight their engaging, interactive elements long after the event is over.

💡 Tip: Learn about Deck Embeds, VRIFY's recording feature, and social media best practices in our Sharing VRIFY Content Success Guide.

Step 1: Share the live footage

Don’t let your live presentation end when you leave the stage.

  • Use conference footage – If a recording is provided, upload it to your company’s YouTube channel, share clips on LinkedIn or Twitter, and cut short highlight reels to grab attention across platforms.

  • Record your own walkthrough – If no conference footage is available, use VRIFY’s recording feature to create a professional walkthrough of your Deck. Embed the recording on your website, include it in a press release, or post it on social media.

Step 2: Embed your Deck on your company website

Make your VRIFY Deck available for investors who couldn’t attend with a VRIFY Embed.

Step 3: Share highlights on social media

Turn your Deck into bite-sized content to keep your story circulating.

  • Record short clips of you presenting your Deck.

  • Use your 3D model animations or 360° slides as eye-catching visuals for posts.

  • Link back to your full Deck or recording.
