Overview
Before Infrastructure data can be added to a 3D Slide in VRIFY Present, it must first pass validation and data quality checks in VRIFY Prepare.
Infrastructure data is organized into four subfolders, each with its own workflow. Processing Plants, Pits, and Underground Workings follow a 3D Objects workflow that includes tagging, validation, conversion, and data quality steps. The Infrastructure subfolder follows a simpler workflow with validation and data quality steps only.
Prepare and Upload Data
Upload and sort your files into the correct subfolders in Files before starting this workflow. See Upload Files to VRIFY.

Step by Step Instructions
Processing Plants, Pits, and Underground Workings
Select Infrastructure from the left sidebar.
Drag the file into the workspace.
Note: VRIFY Prepare automatically adds Tag, Validate, Convert, and Data Quality steps to the workspace.
Click the Tag step to open the Step Details sidebar on the right.
Confirm the tag is correct for your file type.
Note: The tag is pre-populated based on the subfolder you uploaded to.
Click the Validate step to open the right sidebar.
Click Validate All Files.
In the Start Workflow modal, confirm the number of files queued, then click Validate All Files.
Note: Once validation is complete, the Convert step runs automatically, converting your file to a usable format. The Data Quality step runs after conversion is complete.
Once all steps show Succeeded, click the Data Quality step to open the right sidebar and review the results
Publish Files
If no issues are found, or only non-blocking issues are present, click Publish File.
Note: If issues are found, correct the data and re-upload the file through the Files uploader before publishing.
Confirm Data is Available in VRIFY Present
After publishing, 3D files up to 2GB will be automatically processed and can take an hour or more to complete. Files larger than 2GB are routed to the VRIFY team for manual processing and will show a status of Action(s) Required. See Understanding File Statuses.
Once the file status shows Accepted, open a 3D Slide in edit mode in VRIFY Present and open the Add Objects & Assets panel. The data will appear under the corresponding folder.
Infrastructure
Select Infrastructure from the left sidebar.
Drag the file into the workspace.
Note: VRIFY Prepare automatically adds Validate step and Data Quality steps to the workspace.
Click the Validate step to open the right sidebar.
Click Validate All Files.
In the Start Workflow modal, confirm the number of files queued, then click Validate All Files.
Note: The Validate step and Data Quality step run at the same time.
Once both steps show Succeeded, click the Data Quality step to open the right sidebar and review the results.
Publish Files
If no issues are found, or only non-blocking issues are present, click Publish File.
Note: If issues are found, correct the data and re-upload the file through the Files uploader before publishing.
Confirm Data is Available in VRIFY Present
After publishing, most files are available immediately with a status of Accepted. Large files can take an hour or more. See Understanding File Statuses.
Once the file status shows Accepted, open a 3D Slide in edit mode in VRIFY Present and open the Add Objects & Assets panel. The Infrastructure data will appear under the corresponding folder.
