Overview
If you're trying to open a 3D Presentation but can’t get in, it’s likely due to access restrictions set by the 3D Presentation Owner. This article explains why you're seeing a login or request access screen, and what steps to take.
If you see a login screen or a message saying you don’t have access:
Ensure you are using your VRIFY account details to log in.
Click Request Access.
The Presentation Owner will be notified of your request.
Once access has been granted, you will see the Presentation when you log into VRFIY.
⚠️ Note: Access may require a valid VRIFY account. Reach out to your company's VRIFY Admin for assistance.
