Overview
This article explains how to share a VRIFY 3D Presentation with someone outside your company before it's publicly available. This is useful for securely collaborating with investors, partners, or clients on restricted Presentations.
You'll learn how to:
Add the person as a VRIFY user with no company permissions.
Have them activate their account via email.
Grant them Viewer access to a specific 3D Presentation.
Step‑by‑Step Instructions
Create a VRIFY user account
Log in to VRIFY.
Go to VRIFY.com and log into your account.
Go to Users.
On the left side panel, scroll down and click Users.
This opens a list of all current users in your organization.
Invite New User.
In the upper right, click Invite New User.
Enter the New User's Details.
Full Name: Type the user's full name.
Email Address: Enter their email address.
Set User Permissions.
Toggle all User Permissions to the off position
Send Invitation.
Click Send Invitation. The new user will receive an email with instructions to activate their account.
Add Access to Your 3D Presentation
Once the new user account has been created, you can add them to your 3D Presentation as a Viewer.
Tip: The new collaborator must complete their VRIFY account setup before they can view the presentation.
Open your 3D Presentation.
Click Share.
Enter the person’s email address and click Invite.
Use the Copy Link button to share the URL.
Click Done to save your changes and return to your presentation.
Share the URL with the new collaborator.
Confirm they can now view the Presentation after logging into VRIFY.
Additional Tips
The user must finish setting up their account before viewing.
You can remove or update access anytime by returning to the Share settings.
