Overview
Follow the steps below to change your VRIFY account password on a web browser.
You can update your password in two ways: by changing it directly if you know your current password, or by resetting it if you’ve forgotten it.
Step-By-Step Instructions
If you know your current password:
Login to your VRIFY Account on a Web Browser
Go to VRIFY.com and log in.
Open Profile Settings
Tap your name in the lower left, then select Profile Settings:
Start the Password Change
Enter Current Password
Type your current password to verify your identity.
Create and Confirm New Password
Enter your new password, then enter it again to confirm it matches.
Note: Your password should be at least 8 characters, and contain at least 1 uppercase and lowercase letter, a number, and a special character (?#@%, etc)
Save Changes
If you have forgotten your password:
Go to VRIFY on a Web Browser.
Go to VRIFY.com and click Login.
If you are currently logged in, click your account name in the lower left, then select Logout:
Select Forgot Your Password?
Enter Your Account Email
Type in the email address associated with your VRIFY account.
Submit Your Request
Check Your Email
Look for an email from VRIFY with the subject Password Reset Request.
If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Open the Reset Link
Create and Confirm New Password
Enter your new password, then enter it again to confirm it matches.
Note: Your password should be at least 8 characters, and contain at least 1 uppercase and lowercase letter, a number, and a special character (?#@%, etc)
Save Your New Password

Changing your VRIFY password on a web browser automatically changes it for the iOS app as well.
If you sign in with Apple, Google, Microsoft, or LinkedIn (SSO), change your password through that provider instead.
