Overview
There may be situations where you can’t use VRIFY’s built-in meeting tools and need to present your 3D Presentation through a third-party video conferencing platform like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or during a webinar.
In these cases, we don’t recommend sharing your screen directly while presenting your Presentation — viewers will see extra on-screen elements like the side panel, annotation menu, and navigation arrows, which can be distracting and unnecessary.
Instead, use VRIFY’s Online Meeting feature. Share the VRIFY meeting link or code with participants (for example, in the Zoom or Teams chat), allowing them to open the Presentation in their own browser or device. This gives them a clean, high-resolution view of your presentation and lets them follow along in sync with you.
💡Tip: If you’re presenting your 3D Presentation during a webinar hosted by another organization (such as Red Cloud or Mining Hub), be sure to share your Online Meeting code with the webinar host or moderator! This allows them to share their screen while you control the presentation.
