If you're using VRIFY to host In-Person Meetings, investing in a set of iPads for your team is recommended, as they offer the best in-person meeting experience.

Recommendations

How many?

We recommend a minimum of 3 iPads: one for the meeting host, and two for meeting participants.

For larger meetings, we recommend having 4 or more iPads so that participants can have their own device to follow along on.

What kind of iPad?

Apple’s latest iPad Pro is recommended to ensure adequate battery life and processing power for back-to-back meetings.

The minimum iPad requirements for the VRIFY App are:

4th Generation or higher
iOS 18.0 or higher
Minimum storage option (128 GB) is more than enough for VRIFY.
- We recommend you have a minimum of 5GB of free storage to be able to download your VRIFY decks.

Apple Pencil

Using an Apple Pencil will help ensure cleaner and more accurate annotations on your VRIFY content during meetings and presentations. You'll just need one for the meeting host/presenter.

Ensure the Apple pencil you buy is compatible with your device.

Cellular Data

While optional, we recommend that you purchase iPads with cellular data so that they aren’t dependant on Wifi connectivity. Wifi can be unreliable depending on where your meetings are taking place.
