Overview
When you create a new 3D Presentation, it’s private by default — only you can access it. As the Owner, you choose who else can view, edit, or manage it.
You can:
Keep your Presentation private or share with specific people in the company.
Share it with all company users.
Make it public to anyone with the link.
This gives you full control over visibility, whether you're preparing for an internal review or ready to share publicly.
This article will show Owners how to:
Set the General Access level of your 3D Presentation
Invite and customize access for individual contributors
Manage access to your presentation moving forward

Step-by-Step Instructions
Set General Access
When you create a 3D Presentation, only you (the creator) can access it by default. To allow others access, you will need to adjust the access settings:
Open your 3D Presentation.
Click Share (top right).
Under General Access, select the desired access level.
You can choose from three General Access levels:

Only People Invited | Access limited to invited people.
The Presentation owner(s) can choose to invite people as a Viewer (default) or update access to Editor. Owners are able to remove individual access. | Viewers Editors Owners | Editors Owners

Invite Individuals and Set Custom Access
Use the People with Access section to invite individuals with specific access.
To invite and customize:
Open your 3D Presentation.
Click Share.
Enter the person’s email address and click Invite.
Once they appear in the list, click the dropdown next to their name to set their role:
Viewer (default)
Editor
Owner
To remove someone, click the x next to their name.
✅ Tip: We recommend assigning an additional Owner to help manage access over time.
Manage Access from the 3D Presentations Section
You can also adjust access without opening the presentation:
Log in to vrify.com
Go to the 3D Presentations section.
Click the three-dot menu next to the presentation.
Select Manage Access.
From here, update the General Access and individual access.
Manage Requests for Access
Viewers and Editors are able to share the URL to your 3D Presentation. With this link, anyone can request access via email. As the owner, you can grant access to the presentation and set the individual to Viewer (default), Editor, or Owner.
