Add or Remove Users from VRIFY

Invite your colleagues to help build and edit your VRIFY content.

Overview

Company Admins are team members you assign to manage, edit, and present your VRIFY content to investors. These users have elevated access, making them responsible for keeping your company’s VRIFY presence up to date and presentation-ready.

What Company Admins Can Do:

  • View Content: Access both your company’s private and public content on VRIFY.

  • Build and Edit: Create and update content in the Deck Editor.

  • Secure Access Control: For private or sensitive materials, you can manage which Company Admins have access to specific Decks using Secure access permissions.


Step-by-Step Instructions

Add a new user:

  1. Log in to VRIFY

    • Sign in to your VRIFY account.

  2. Go to Users

    • From the left-hand panel, click Users.

  3. Invite a New User

    • Click Invite New User at the top of the page.

  4. Enter User Details

    • Type in the user’s email address and name.

      • Invite new user by entering their email address and name
  5. Send the Invitation

    • Click Send Invitation. The user will receive a “Welcome to VRIFY” email to create their account.

    • Their status will appear as Pending until setup is complete.


Remove a user:

  1. Log in to VRIFY

    • Sign in to your VRIFY account.

  2. Go to Users

    • From the left-hand panel, click Users.

  3. Find the User

    • Browse the list of users, adjust the display count, or use the search bar to locate the user you want to remove.

  4. Remove the User

    • Click the three-dot icon next to their name and select Remove User.

  5. Confirm

    1. Click the box next to I understand and wish to continue.

    2. Click Remove User.
