Overview
The ability to share a 3D Presentation depends on your role and the presentation’s General Access setting. This article explains who can share, and how to share your Presentation with others. Only Owners can change the General Access settings of a presentation.
Step-by Step Instructions
✅ Tip: You can see the General Access level of a 3D Presentation at a glance by the icons in the top right corner of the Presentation:
Only People Invited 
Everyone at Company 
Anyone with the Link 
Only People Invited 
Access is controlled by the Owner(s). Viewers and Editors can share the link to the Presentation. However, to access the Presentation individuals must:
be able to log in to VRIFY, AND
be listed in the Only People Invited section.
Owner(s) can invite individuals to add them to the Only People Invited section:
Select Share
Open your 3D Presentation.
Click Share in the top right corner.
Send an Invite
Enter an email address and click the Invite button.
The Invitee's name and email will now appear in the Only People Invited section.
Customize Access
Use the dropdown beside the individual’s name if you want to change the access from Viewer to Editor.
Editors and Viewers can copy the link to share it. However, only individuals that appear in the Only People Invited section can access the 3D Presentation:
Select Share
Open your 3D Presentation
Click Share in the top right corner. This will open a modal that shows the current access levels of the Presentation.
Copy the Link
Select Copy Link in the lower left corner to add the Presentation URL to your clipboard.
Share the Link
The URL can now be sent to the intended individual.
NOTE: if the recipient has not been added to the Only People Invited section, they can request access from the log in page. This will notify the Owner(s) who can then grant access and set the appropriate Viewer or Editor role.
Everyone at Company 
At this level, the link can be shared with anyone at the company that has been added in VRIFY.
Select Share
Open your 3D Presentation.
Click Share in the top right corner. This will open a modal that shows the current access levels of the Presentation.
Copy the Link
Select Copy Link in the lower left corner to add the Presentation URL to your clipboard.
Share the Link
The URL can now be sent to the intended individual.
Anyone with the Link 
The 3D Presentation can be shared with anyone who has the link to the 3D Presentation.
Select Share
Click Share in the top right corner. This will open a modal that shows the current access levels of the Presentation.
Copy the Link
Select Copy Link in the lower left corner, this will add the Presentation URL to your clipboard.
Share the Link
The URL can now be sent to the intended individual.
