Overview
Hosting an online meeting on iPad lets you present a 3D Presentation to participants in any location over the internet. Participants join from an iPad or a web browser with a meeting code or link.
To host, you need to be logged in to the VRIFY app, with Wi-Fi turned on and a stable internet connection. Participants also need an internet connection.
To start the meeting, open a presentation, tap Invite, and tap Connect via Internet to generate a meeting code. Then share the code or link with participants. Participants see the first slide until you start navigating through the presentation.

Before You Host an Online Meeting
Complete these steps before you host so the app works as expected.
Update the VRIFY app and your iPad to the latest versions. See Update the VRIFY App and Update Your iPad to the Latest iOS.
Download or update the 3D Presentation you plan to host. Open the presentation and go through every slide so all 3D and 360 slides load fully. See Download Presentations on iPad.
Turn on Wi-Fi and connect to a stable internet network. Your connection is stable if you can load a webpage or play a video on a site such as YouTube or LinkedIn without delays.
Step by Step Instructions
In the sidebar, under 3D Presentations, tap All Presentations or Downloaded Presentations.
Tap to open the presentation you want to host.
Tap Invite at the top right. The Participants window opens.
At the bottom, next to Allow participants to join online, tap Connect via Internet. A unique meeting code appears.
Share the code, or tap Copy Link. Share through your preferred communication platform.
Tell participants how to join, based on their device
iPad (logged in): Open Join Online section and enter code.
iPad (not logged in): Open the VRIFY app and tap Join Meeting.
Web browser: Go to vrify.com and click Join Meeting.
When a participant joins, an icon appears in the Participants window with their name and Online beneath it. The Invite label in the upper right changes to Participants and shows the number of people in the meeting. Tap it to reopen the window.

End an Online Meeting
Tap the X in the upper left.
If any participants are still connected, Are you sure you want to end this meeting? appears. Tap End Meeting.
Additional Notes
If you attempt to start an online meeting and your iPad is not connected to the internet, you will see the message Internet Required and Connect to the internet before inviting online participants.
Connect your iPad to a network, then tap Try Again.
