Overview
Downloading a 3D Presentation on iPad saves it to your iPad so it opens and loads properly in a meeting. This matters most for in-person meetings, where your iPad is not connected to the internet.
Downloading requires a strong, stable internet connection.

Download Status for 3D Presentations
Each presentation in All Presentations and All Downloads shows its download status.
What you see | What it means | Action |
Download button  | The presentation is not on your iPad | Tap Download |
Download indicator  | The presentation is downloading | Wait, or tap Pause to stop |
Green checkmark  | The presentation is downloaded | Nothing |
Download Updates button  | A newer version is available | Tap Download Updates |
Step by Step Instructions
Download a Presentation
In the sidebar, under 3D Presentations, tap All Presentations.
Tap Download next to the presentation:
Wait for the download to finish. A green checkmark appears, and the presentation also appears in All Downloads.
Download an Update
In the sidebar, under 3D Presentations, tap All Presentations or All Downloads.
If a presentation has been updated on web, Download Updates appears. Tap Download Updates:
Check for Updates
In the sidebar, under 3D Presentations, tap All Downloads.
Tap the three-dot menu to the right of the presentation.
Tap Check for Updates.
Additional Notes
Before a meeting, open the presentation and go through every slide so all 3D and 360 slides load fully.
To see only the presentations downloaded to your iPad, tap All Downloads.
