Joining an online meeting on iPad lets you view the host’s 3D Presentation from any location over the internet, using a 5-digit meeting code. You do not need to be in the same room as the host.

To join, you need the code from the host, Wi-Fi turned on, and a stable internet connection. You can join whether you are logged in to the VRIFY app or not.

If you are logged in, tap Join Online in the sidebar under Meetings. If you are not logged in, tap Join Meeting on the app home screen. Then enter the code. If the host has not joined yet, Waiting for host appears until they arrive. The presentation opens on the first slide until the host starts navigating.

The host sees your name in the meeting: your account name if you are logged in, or your iPad’s name (or a name you enter) if you are not.

Complete these steps before you join so the app works as expected.

When you join, the host will sees your account name. To change it, go to Settings and edit Name.

When the host ends the meeting, you return to the app home screen. To leave before the host ends it:

To return, enter the meeting code again while the meeting is active.

Keep the VRIFY app open on your screen during the meeting. If you switch to another app or lock your iPad, the app removes you from the meeting automatically. To return, enter the meeting code again.

First, confirm that you are connected to the internet, and that your connection is strong and stable. You should be able to load a webpage or play a video on YouTube or LinkedIn.
