Overview
Use the VRIFY app to share a 3D Presentation across multiple iPads in the same room, no internet required. This setup is ideal for in-person meetings in locations with unreliable connectivity, like conference room floors or remote mining sites.
One iPad acts as the host, controlling the flow of the presentation, including 3D models, 360° imagery, and annotations. All nearby iPads follow along in real time.
Preparation
Before starting a meeting, make sure all iPads are prepped in advance to avoid interruptions during your presentation:
Update the VRIFY app to the latest version
Ensure all iPads are running the latest version of iOS
Download the 3D Presentation you plan to share:
The download icon
will appear next to 3D Presentations that need to be synced to your device
Click the icon or open the presentation to automatically start the download
Click through the 3D Presentation to pre-load all 3D and 360 slides to ensure a smooth presentation experience

Best Practices
Ensure all iPads are fully charged before the meeting — switching devices mid-meeting breaks the flow.
Before your meeting, test the setup in the location (conference room floor, remote site, etc.) where you'll be presenting to confirm that nearby iPads pair without issues.
