Overview
The Live Share feature in the VRIFY app enables you to present your Decks in real-time during remote or hybrid meetings. As the host, you have control over the presentation flow, allowing you to navigate through slides, showcase 3D models and 360° views, and use annotations to highlight key points. Participants can join from anywhere and follow along on their own devices.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Log into the VRIFY App
Make sure you're using the latest version of the VRIFY app and that your iPad is updated to the most recent iOS version.
Download the Deck You Want to Present
Tap the Download icon next to the Deck from the VRIFY app homepage. (This ensures smooth performance during the presentation.)
Start a Live Share Meeting
Tap on the Deck name, then select Live Share from the pop-up options.
This will open the Live Share Lobby.
Set Up the Presentation
On the right-hand side, you can copy the meeting info to send to participants.
If you want to switch Decks, click the current Deck name and select a different one from the list.
Start the Presentation
Tap Start Live Share to begin.
Notes
A strong Wi-Fi connection is recommended to ensure participants stay in sync during remote meetings.
Always download and test your deck before the meeting — this reduces lag or technical issues during the live session.
