For On-Site Podium Presentations
Presenting with an iPad
Please meet our VRIFY representative in the Speaker Ready Room a minimum of 15 minutes ahead of your presentation.
They will have your presentation downloaded on a VRIFY iPad with all up-to-date specifications and optimal settings
They will accompany you to the presentation room to connect to the screen wirelessly via an Apple TV
Once your VRIFY Deck appears on the screen, simply advance the slides and annotate using the host controls on the iPad.
The host controls are hidden from the audience's view. Your presentation will appear full screen, without the menu on the left-hand side.
When you are finished presenting, please take the iPad with you from the podium and return it to the VRIFY rep.
