Overview

There may be scenarios where you can’t use VRIFY’s integrated video conferencing and you’ll be presenting your VRIFY Deck with an alternative like Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

When that’s the case, we still recommend having meeting participants watch you present your Deck on the VRIFY platform for a more impactful, high-resolution presentation experience. To do so, you can create a VRIFY meeting link without audio+video that can be shared in your video conference chat.

VRIFY Meetings use a faster browser-based rendering approach to avoid lag and lower-quality visuals caused when screen sharing 3D models and 360° imagery over software like Zoom or Teams.

VRIFY’s meeting interface hides presenter tools and eliminates distracting desktop notifications and unintended visuals, so participants only see the slide you’re speaking to. Present stress-free knowing that you won’t accidentally share private or sensitive information when screen sharing.

You can also leverage VRIFY's live annotation tool to emphasize what’s critical as you present.
