Overview
There may be scenarios where you can’t use VRIFY’s integrated video conferencing and you’ll be presenting your VRIFY Deck with an alternative like Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
When that’s the case, we still recommend having meeting participants watch you present your Deck on the VRIFY platform for a more impactful, high-resolution presentation experience. To do so, you can create a VRIFY meeting link without audio+video that can be shared in your video conference chat.
VRIFY Meetings use a faster browser-based rendering approach to avoid lag and lower-quality visuals caused when screen sharing 3D models and 360° imagery over software like Zoom or Teams.
VRIFY’s meeting interface hides presenter tools and eliminates distracting desktop notifications and unintended visuals, so participants only see the slide you’re speaking to. Present stress-free knowing that you won’t accidentally share private or sensitive information when screen sharing.
You can also leverage VRIFY's live annotation tool to emphasize what’s critical as you present.

Pre-Schedule a VRIFY Meeting
Step-by-Step Instructions
There are two ways you can present your VRIFY Deck with a 3rd party video conferencing software:
Pre-Schedule a VRIFY meeting for the same date/time as your Zoom/Microsoft Teams/other meeting.
Start a Live Share meeting
Start an Live Share meeting without audio/video on VRIFY when your Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or other meeting is about to start, and share the joining details in your video conference chat.
When your Zoom or Microsoft Teams meeting is ready to start, log in to your VRIFY account.
On the top of the screen, click Meetings, or navigate directly to VRIFY.com/meetings.
On the right side of the page, click Live Share:
Ensure the Add Video Conferencing setting is off (it is off by default).
Copy the Live Share info by clicking Copy Info:
Share the Live Share info with your meeting participants in the chat of your Zoom/Microsoft Teams meeting once the meeting has started. This is how they will be able to view your Deck as you present it.
Next, select the Deck you want to present.
Finally, click Start Live Share to start the meeting.
Schedule a meeting
Pre-schedule a VRIFY meeting for the same date/time as your Zoom or Microsoft Teams meeting. This option allows you to create joining details in advance if you wish to add to an existing calendar invite.
We recommend using this option if you want to add details about how to follow your VRIFY presentation to an existing meeting invite scheduled with Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc.
Before your meeting:
Log in to your VRIFY account.
On the top of the screen, click Meetings, or navigate directly to VRIFY.com/meetings.
On the right side of the page, click Schedule a Meeting:
Next, select the Live Share presenting method and fill in the other meeting details as required:
Click Schedule.
Optionally, you can copy the VRIFY Meeting details and insert them into your existing calendar invite scheduled with Zoom or Microsoft Teams. This way, your attendees can easily access joining information prior to the meeting.
During your meeting:
You can share this same VRIFY meeting joining info with your meeting participants in the chat of your Zoom/Microsoft Teams meeting. You can access the joining info anytime by selecting the meeting you pre-scheduled at VRIFY.com/meetings or the Meetings tab.
Start your VRIFY meeting by selecting the relevant meeting listed under Upcoming in Meetings tab and selecting Start Meeting or simply use the same joining link you provided to meeting participants.
Notes
You must be logged in to VRIFY to host or view your scheduled meetings.
It is recommended to present your Decks through VRIFY Meetings because VRIFY Meetings uses a faster browser-based rendering approach to avoid lag and lower-quality visuals caused when screen sharing 3D models and 360° imagery over software like Zoom or Teams.
