Overview
Hosting webinars with VRIFY’s Live Share is a great way to reach potential investors across the world and present your engaging, high-resolution VRIFY Decks.
Connecting to your webinar with VRIFY Meetings provides higher-quality visuals and loading speeds when sharing 3D Models and 360° imagery, even when a webinar is hosted over a 3rd party conferencing software like Zoom or Teams.
By following this playbook, your team can ensure a smooth and impactful presentation of your VRIFY deck during the webinar, enhancing audience engagement and understanding of the content.
Preparation
You must be logged in to VRIFY to host or view your scheduled meetings.
Ensure your VRIFY deck is updated with the latest content and data relevant to the webinar topic.
Familiarize yourself with Live Share, VRIFY Meetings and its features to effectively navigate and present during the webinar. See Interactive Walkthrough for staring a Live Share Meeting here.
It is recommended to present your Decks through VRIFY Meetings. VRIFY Meetings uses a faster browser-based rendering approach to avoid lag and lower-quality visuals caused when screen sharing 3D models and 360° imagery over software like Zoom or Teams.
Best Practices for Sharing Content
Set up and host a VRIFY meeting specifically for sharing the deck.
Share the meeting details (meeting link, access code, etc.) with the webinar organizer ahead of time.
Ensure the Webinar host joins the VRIFY meeting as a participant and is ready to share their screen seamlessly during the webinar.
Introduction to Event Organizer
It is best practice to initiate contact with the webinar event organizer to align on AV requirements and setup for the webinar in advance.
Facilitate an introduction between your VRIFY CSM and the event organizer to ensure smooth coordination for integrating VRIFY into the webinar.
Ensure the event organizer has all necessary information and support for integrating VRIFY smoothly.
Test Run
Conduct a test run of the VRIFY deck sharing process with the webinar organizer and client to iron out any technical issues beforehand.
Verify that the VRIFY platform is functioning correctly and that all participants can view the shared content without any difficulties.
During the Webinar
The host of the VRIFY meeting should be prepared to navigate through the VRIFY deck seamlessly during the presentation.
Encourage audience engagement by inviting questions and feedback related to the VRIFY content.
Share the link in the webinar chat, if there is one to the deck (if it is public ONLY).
Be ready to address any technical issues that may arise promptly.
