Overview
Once you've enabled direct investor meeting booking, it's easy to adjust the settings or pause the feature anytime. Check out the various instructions below to optimize how you use the ability for investors to book meetings directly with you.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Remove the 'Book a Meeting' button from your VRIFIED Company Profile (but keep it active on select VRIFY Decks)
After the initial set up steps to sync your calendar with the Investor Meeting tool are complete, investors visiting your VRIFIED Company Profile will see a 'Book a Meeting' button with a direct link to book a 1-1 meeting with your company. Note that you also have the option to add this option to any/all VRIFY Decks. Check out this article to access steps to add direct investor meeting bookings to any deck or your company profile.
If you would like to remove the Book a Meeting button from your VRIFIED company Profile, but still keep the option active on select VRIFY Decks, follow these steps:
Log in to VRIFY.com
Click the Admin tab at the top of the page.
Click the My Company tab from the left side menu.
Hover your cursor over the company card on the right side, and click Edit:
In the company card pop up window, toggle the Investor Meeting Link off by sliding it to the left. Click Update to save your changes.
Your Investor Meeting Link will now be removed from your company profile, but will still remain active on any Decks you've added it to.
Turn off the option for investors to book meetings from all VRIFY content
Log in to VRIFY.com
Click the Meetings tab at the top of the page.
On the right side of the page, click to expand the Let investors book a meeting with you drop-down.
Click Turn off feature:
Doing this immediately disables any active Book a Meeting links.
Follow the same steps to turn it back on.
Edit settings for direct investor meeting bookings
Log in to VRIFY.com
Click the Meetings tab at the top of the page.
On the right side of the page, click to expand the Let investors book a meeting with you drop-down.
Click Edit Settings:
You will be taken to the setup page where you can edit the meeting duration(s) accepted through your Book a Meeting Link. Make changes here, or simply click Next to continue:
On the next page, you will see the list of synced calendars using the Book a Meeting tool. To remove or change these, click Edit accounts. If you do not wish to change the calendar synced to VRIFY, you can click Next to proceed to the next step.
To remove a calendar, click the x icon beside the email address:
You can now sync a new calendar by clicking one of the supported email providers displayed. Follow the specific steps of the application you choose in order to securely login to your email and allow the VRIFY tool to access your calendar.
IMPORTANT: Once your new calendar has been synced, you must click Next and proceed with the next steps in order to save your changes.
Next, you can update your availability. Click the green rectangles on and off to indicate which windows of time you are available to meet with investors. White squares represent windows of time you are not available.
Even if you have not made any changes on this page, click Save new rules to complete the Book a Meeting journey and save any changes made on previous pages.
Your calendar settings will now be updated.
Enable or disable the Ask a Question feature
VRIFY's Ask a Question feature is a great tool to allow investors to interact with you directly through VRIFY.
