Update your availability in VRIFY Meetings to ensure investors can only book meetings within the time slots you have specified.

Log in to <a href="https://vrify.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">VRIFY.com</a>

Click the Meetings tab at the top of the page.

On the bottom right of your screen, click Let Investors Book a Meeting With You.

From the Set up screen, click Next twice until you are on the page titled When are you available to speak with potential investors?

Click to select or deselect the times and days you are available to update your availability settings.

1. Click the arrows above and below the time stamps to expand the time slots that are displayed on the screen.

Ensure the correct Time Zone is selected.

Click Finish to complete the process of updating your availability in VRIFY Meetings.

2. Click the Meetings tab at the top of the page.
3. On the bottom right of your screen, click Let Investors Book a Meeting With You.
4. Click Edit Settings.
5. From the Set up screen, click Next twice until you are on the page titled When are you available to speak with potential investors?

6. Click to select or deselect the times and days you are available to update your availability settings.
 1. Click the arrows above and below the time stamps to expand the time slots that are displayed on the screen.
7. Ensure the correct Time Zone is selected.
8. Click Save new rules.
9. Click Finish to complete the process of updating your availability in VRIFY Meetings.

When the time slot cell is blue, you are indicating you are available at that time and investors will be able to book time during that time slot (provided that you do not already have a meeting booked during that time). 

When the time slot cell is white, you are indicating that you are not available at that time and investors will never be able to book a meeting during that time slot.

- When the time slot cell is blue, you are indicating you are available at that time and investors will be able to book time during that time slot (provided that you do not already have a meeting booked during that time). 
- When the time slot cell is white, you are indicating that you are not available at that time and investors will never be able to book a meeting during that time slot.
