Use our Direct Q&A feature to answer investor questions about your company's content, news and updates.

Overview

VRIFY’s Direct Q&A feature makes it easier than ever for you to get investors the information they need, when they need it.

Directly receive investor questions and feedback from your VRIFY Decks and through your VRIFIED Company Profile. You will be notified of any submitted questions via email and you can respond to questions or feedback directly using the VRIFY Inbox feature.

For questions or feedback received on any VRIFY Deck, you will be able to see exactly which slide the investor was on for a more granular level of insight and context.

Before getting started

Direct Q&A is available to all VRIFY clients, but must be turned on by request. To leverage this feature, please contact your Customer Success Manager who will be happy to help.

Once enabled by your CSM, follow the step-by-step instructions below to activate it.

Activating Direct Q&A

  1. Log in to VRIFY.com.

  2. At the top of the screen, click the Admin tab.

  3. On the left side menu, click My Company.

  4. On the right side of the screen, click Edit:

  5. Toggle the Direct Q&A feature on:

  6. Click Update to apply the changes.

  7. Now the Direct Q&A function is enabled and will appear on your VRIFIED Company Profile and on all of your VRIFY Decks.

How investors can submit questions

  1. When investors click the Ask a Question button, they will be prompted to enter their email address and write their question in the pop up window:

  2. Questions submitted can only be viewed/accessed by Company Admins through your Inbox on VRIFY.com and will never appear publicly.

  3. When their question is answered (see How to reply to questions section), the investor will receive an email notifying them of your response.

How to reply to questions

  1. When a question is asked, you will receive an email notification and can respond quickly by clicking the “reply” button in the body of the email.

  2. This will redirect you to VRIFY.com and open your Inbox.

    1. This is also accessible at any time at VRIFY.com by logging in and selecting Inbox from the top navigation bar.

  3. If the question was asked while viewing the deck, the slide the investor was on when they asked will be shown next to their contact email at the top of the conversation window. Investors can also ask a question directly from your company page, in which case a slide name will not appear.

  4. Type in your response, then click Send Message.

  5. When a response is entered into the message field, the investor will receive an email notifying them of your response.


Notes

  • In your VRIFY Inbox, unanswered questions will appear at the top of the list. You can use the dropdown to filter by all, unanswered or answered.

  • It is recommended to use this feature alongside our tool that also allows investors to book meetings directly into your calendar if they are ready to have a conversation.
