Schedule and share VRIFY Meeting details with participants. VRIFY Meetings is designed for you to spend as little time as possible coordinating meeting details so you can stay focused on driving an impactful conversation.
NOTE: currently, you can only pre-schedule meetings at VRIFY.com, but you can still start instant and pre-scheduled meetings on your iPad via the VRIFY mobile app.
How Scheduling Works
You'll have three options when scheduling a VRIFY Meeting. Note that you can currently only pre-schedule meetings at VRIFY.com, but you can still start instant and pre-scheduled meetings on your iPad via the VRIFY mobile app.
1. Schedule a meeting with VRIFY's integrated video conferencing.
This is recommended for virtual meetings. This is the easiest and most effective way to present your VRIFY Deck in virtual meetings.
2. Schedule a meeting to present your VRIFY Deck with 3rd party video conferencing software (Zoom, Teams, etc).
This is our recommended alternative to screen sharing your Deck during a Zoom/Teams/other meeting. There may be scenarios where you can’t use VRIFY’s integrated video conferencing, and you’ll be presenting with a 3rd party video conferencing software.
When that’s the case, we still recommend having meeting participants watch you present your Deck on the VRIFY platform for a more impactful, high-resolution presentation experience. To do so, you have the option to create a VRIFY meeting link without audio+video that can be shared in your video conference chat, or inserted into an existing calendar invite.
3. Schedule an in-person meeting.
Present your VRIFY Deck across multiple participant devices in the same room.
Schedule a meeting
Log in to your profile at VRIFY.com and select the Meetings tab.
Select Schedule a Meeting.
Choose your presentation method, and fill out the relevant details and insert participant email(s) if required.
Note: If you select the Zoom/Teams/other option, you will not have the option to add participants in order to avoid creating duplicate meeting invites for your attendees. Instead, you can share the non-video conferencing VRIFY Meeting joining info in your chat once your meeting starts on Zoom/Teams/other.
Any participants you've included will receive an invitation via email with details on how to join at the relevant date and time.
How participants join your meeting
When you schedule a meeting it automatically creates a unique link and code that participants will use to join your meeting. Find joining details anytime by selecting the relevant meeting listed under Upcoming in the Meetings tab.
Joining details are automatically added to participants’ calendars as part of the invite they received, unless you're presenting with 3rd party video conferencing software, in which case you'll need to manually add these details to the existing meeting invite and/or copy in the live chat during your meeting.
