Step-by-step Instructions
Manage access to Private Decks
Private decks can be viewed and edited by all company Admins, but are otherwise not accessible without access to the deck's Secure Link. Follow the steps below to create a Secure Link for your Private deck:
Log in to VRIFY.com.
Click Admin from the top menu.
Click on the 3-dot Actions menu next to the deck you want to edit the access permissions of.
Click Manage Access.
If you do not see the Manage Access button, check the Deck Settings to see if it is set to Public, and adjust that setting as needed.
Fill in the fields that pop up on your screen:
Label: this is used to help keep track of your secure links
Password (optional): type a secure password that you will later share with the recipient
Recipient (optional): input one or multiple email addresses to share the deck link to via email.
Check or uncheck the box to notify the recipient(s) that you have given them access (optional).
The email addresses in the Recipient list will receive a brief email directing them to your deck.
Click Create Secure Link
Once the link is generated, click Copy Link to copy the link to your clipboard and share as needed.
Manage access to Secure Decks
Secure decks can only be viewed or edited by specifically added individuals, and is otherwise not accessible without access to the deck's Secure Link. Follow the steps below to manage who has access to your Secure deck:
Log in to VRIFY.com.
Click Admin from the top menu.
Click on the 3-dot Actions menu next to the deck you want to edit the access permissions of.
Click Manage Access.
If you do not see the Manage Access button, check the Deck Settings to see if it is set to Public, and adjust that setting as needed.

To give View Only access to a new user, first add the user by entering their email below, and then grant access once the user has been added.
At the bottom of the pop-up page, you can toggle on/off whether you want the VRIFY team to have access to this deck.
Create a Secure Link by clicking Share Secure Link.
Click Copy Link on an already created link, or click New Secure Link to create a new secure link.
Click Done to apply the access settings.
