Overview
Archive or delete a Deck from your VRIFY account by following a few quick steps.
Archiving is a great option when you want to ensure a Deck is not visible on your company profile page or be searchable, but still keep the direct link to the Deck alive and accessible
Deleting a Deck is an irreversible action and should only be used when you want to permanently remove the Deck from VRIFY.

Archive a Deck
Archiving a Deck means it will not be visible on the company profile page or searchable in Discover. It may still be accessed and viewed via direct link.
Log in to VRIFY.com.
Click Admin from the top menu.
From the left navigation bar, click Decks.
On the Deck you want to delete, click the three dot options menu: •••
At the bottom of the menu that appears, click Archive:
Click Confirm to archive the Deck.
Delete a Deck
Deleting a Deck is a permanent, irreversible action. If you aren't sure whether you want to permanently delete a Deck, consider Archiving it until you are sure (see steps above).
Log in to VRIFY.com.
Click Admin from the top menu.
From the left navigation bar, click Decks.
On the Deck you want to delete, click the three dot options menu: •••
At the bottom of the menu that appears, click Delete:
Click Confirm to delete the Deck.
Notes
If you archive a Deck, consider checking that you are still comfortable with the access permissions set for that Deck. Learn how to set access permission in this article.
