How to embed a VRIFY Deck or Video Recording on your Company's Website

Embed an animated preview of your 3D and/or 360° content on your website to draw more investors into your VRIFY Deck.

Updated over a week ago

Overview

Attention spans are short and website visitors are usually just skimming the page. An animated embed is designed to capture the attention of investors by providing a brief, compelling animation that previews what the investor will see in your VRIFY Deck.

Key benefits of embedding a VRIFY Deck on your company's website include making the interactive content of your VRIFY Deck immediately visible to ensure visitors know this isn't just another PDF. The eye-catching format is designed to capture viewers' attention so they don't scroll quickly past the content, and within the embedded deck, strong call-to-actions are designed to encourage engagement.

This is an example of what an embedded Deck can look like:

If you have already gone through the steps to embed a deck or video on your website, you can check out this article to learn how to swap the deck or video without your web developers having to make updates to your site.

What content to embed, and where

As you create more custom Decks for a range of use cases, we've made it easy for you to embed any Deck pretty much anywhere you want.

You can also embed a Deck or Video Recording directly in your press release, or feature an asset overview Deck on the relevant webpage. If you do decide to embed a Deck on your homepage, switch out the content anytime with up-to-date news and results.

The more front and centre on your website your content is embedded, the more eyes you’ll get. We have seen companies get the best results from embedding content on their homepage.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Embedding a VRIFY Deck on your website

Important: the steps below are to create an embed from a VRIFY Deck that has at least one 360 slide or two 3D slides. If you need an embed from PDF Slides instead, reach out to your Customer Success Manager who can help create a non-animated embed for you.

  1. Log in to VRIFY.com.

  2. Click Admin from the top menu.

  3. On the left navigation menu, click Embeds.

  4. From the top right corner of the screen, click +New Embed.

  5. Click Embed a Deck:

  6. Next, fill in where on your website will this embed be used.

  7. Now, select a Deck to Embed.

    1. Depending on your Deck's permission settings, you may see a warning banner that tells you the access limitations based on the deck's access permissions. To update Deck permissions, check out this article.

  8. Next, select a starting slide and ending slide for the animation.

    1. Note: if you receive the pop-up that states 'Deck doesn't contain any 3D or 360 slides', you will not be able to proceed with the Embed steps. Choose a deck that contains 3D or 360 content, or reach out to your CSM to have them help create an embedded deck with PDF slides.

  9. Once your starting and ending slides are selected, you'll be able to preview your selection to decide what looks most visually compelling:

  10. Click the Create Embed button on the bottom right of your screen to complete the creation of your new embed.

  11. Finally, copy the embed code that displays on your screen. This can be sent to your web developer to embed on your website:
