Overview
The ability to create a Video Recording of a VRIFY Deck is available through several access points. You can initiate a recording while:
Follow the steps below to understand how to create a Video Recording from each access point.

Managing your list of Decks
Log in to VRIFY.com
Click the Admin tab at the top of the page.
From the left navigation panel, click Decks.
Click on the three dots under the Action column of the Deck you want to record.
Click Create Video Recording:
Set your audio and video preferences for the recording by toggling your microphone & webcam on/off.
Click Done
When ready, click Start Recording.
When done, click the recording button again to stop your recording.
You’ll be able to access and manage your recording by clicking on the Manage recordings button that displays in the success notification that appears on the top right-hand corner of your screen
Managing your list of Video Recordings
Log in to VRIFY.com
Click the Admin tab at the top of the page.
From the left navigation panel, click Video Recording.
Click on +New Recording:
Set your audio and video preferences for the recording by toggling your microphone & webcam on/off.
Click Done
When ready, click Start Recording.
When done, click the recording button again to stop your recording.
You’ll be able to access and manage your recording by clicking on the Manage recordings button that displays in the success notification that appears on the top right-hand corner of your screen
Previewing a Deck
When previewing a Deck, click Create Video Recording:
Set your audio and video preferences for the recording by toggling your microphone & webcam on/off.
Click Done
When ready, click Start Recording.
When done, click the recording button again to stop your recording.
You’ll be able to access and manage your recording by clicking on the Manage recordings button that displays in the success notification that appears on the top right-hand corner of your screen
Editing a Deck
When editing a Deck, click Create Video Recording
Set your audio and video preferences for the recording by toggling your microphone & webcam on/off.
Click Done
When ready, click Start Recording.
When done, click the recording button again to stop your recording.
You’ll be able to access and manage your recording by clicking on the ‘Manage recordings’ button that displays in the success notification that appears on the top right-hand corner of your screen
In a Meeting
While in a VRIFY meeting, click the Start a Recording button:
Note that all recordings are accessible to your company Admins.
Once you start recording, there are 3 main indications that you are actively recording:
There will be a red outline around the portion of the screen being recorded.
On the top right corner of your screen, you will see a Recording text bubble.
The 'Start a recording' button turns to red to indicate it is recording.
Once you are done, click the red and white Start a recording button to stop the recording:
Next, click Stop Recording to confirm that you want to stop your recording.
You’ll be able to access and manage your recording by clicking on the Manage recordings button that displays in the success notification that appears on the top right-hand corner of your screen:
Notes
If you don’t see your recording in your Video Recording Management page yet, you may have to wait 3-6 minutes for recordings to process.
When a recording has started, Click on the Grid Icon to view your VRIFY Deck:
