Overview
The ability to create a Video Recording of a VRIFY Deck is available through several access points. You can initiate a recording while:
Follow the steps below to understand how to create a Video Recording from each access point.
Step-by-step Instructions
Record from Deck Preview
Log in to VRIFY.com and click on Decks from the left side menu.
Click on the three dots under the Action column of the Deck you want to record.
Click Preview Deck:
Once the Deck opens, on the top right of the screen, click Record:
Set your audio and video preferences for the recording by toggling your microphone & webcam on/off.
Click Continue.
When ready, click Start Recording and begin your presentation:
When done, click the recording button again to stop your recording.
You’ll be able to access and manage your recording by clicking on the Manage recordings button that displays in the success notification that appears on the top right-hand corner of your screen. You will also be able to access your recording through the Recording page, accessible from the left side menu.
Record while in a Meeting
While in a VRIFY meeting, click the Start a Recording button:
Once you start recording, there are 3 main indications that you are actively recording:
Once you are done, click the red and white Start a recording button to stop the recording:
Next, click Stop Recording to confirm that you want to stop your recording.
You’ll be able to access and manage your recording by clicking on the Manage recordings button that displays in the success notification that appears on the top right-hand corner of your screen, or through the Recordings page accessible on the left side menu:
Notes
If you don’t see your recording in your Video Recording Management page yet, you may have to wait 3-6 minutes for recordings to process.
When a recording has started, if you only see your camera or participants, click on the Grid Icon to view your VRIFY Deck instead.
