Start receiving and responding to investor questions and feedback.

How it Works

Our secure Q&A feature allows investors to ask questions and share feedback directly with your company as they browse any VRIFY Deck, whether it’s on VRIFY.com, in a press release, embedded on your website or shared via a secure link.

That means you’re receiving real-time feedback on what’s resonating and getting investors the information they need right away, whether it’s a general question about your company news and results, or clarification about a specific Deck slide.

We know you have less time than ever to be chasing contact info, and the same can be said for investors. Now your team can access and respond to investor questions and feedback right from your Deck.

When this feature is turned on for your company, investors have the option to ‘Ask a Question’ on any slide within a Deck they are viewing, wherever it’s being hosted.

Your Company Admins will be notified by email when a question has been submitted.

To access investor questions

For a specific Deck:

Either select Go to Question from the email notification you received, or if you have the relevant Deck open, click on the Ask a Question icon. A red marker indicates that you have unanswered question(s) waiting for you.

Clicking on this icon will open up a sidebar, where you can see:

  • All unanswered and answered questions for the Deck.

  • Which slide each question pertains to.

  • All responses to answered questions.

To view all questions asked on your company's Decks:

Log into Editor and select the Questions tab under Decks. Option to filter by answered, unanswered, and archived.

Unanswered questions are marked by a red indicator. Clicking on the question will take you to the relevant Deck to respond if necessary.

Responding to investor questions

Respond using the Q&A sidebar in the relevant Deck.

Once you reply to a question, you still have the option to edit your response.

Investors will receive an email that includes your response, letting them know their question has been answered.
