[DORA 2.0] Duplicate a Prediction Map

Learn how to make a copy of a DORA Prediction Map.

Updated today

Overview

Duplicating a Prediction Map allows you to quickly create a new version with the same settings.

It’s ideal for testing the impact of configuration changes or exploring different scenarios without needing to redo the settings or alter the original map.

Step by Step Instructions

You can duplicate a Prediction Map in two ways: from the DORA main page or from within the experiment. You can also duplicate a locked experiment.

From the DORA Main Page

  • Log into VRIFY.com and click DORA from the left-hand menu.

  • Locate the Prediction Map you want to duplicate.

  • Click the three-dot actions menu next to the map, then select Duplicate:

  • A copy of the map will be created (this may take a moment to process). While it's duplicating, the status will say Cloning:

  • You'll see a confirmation in the lower right:

By default, the duplicated map will be named Copy of [Original Map Name]. Open the Prediction Map to give it a more descriptive title.

From Within the Experiment

  • Open the Prediction Map you want to duplicate.

  • In the upper-right corner, click the hamburger menu, then select Duplicate Experiment:

  • Enter a new name for the experiment, then click Duplicate:

  • You'll see a confirmation message while it's duplicating:

Once complete, the duplicated experiment will open in a new tab.
