This release includes several key updates across VRIFY that improve access control, streamline workflows, and make it easier to manage and share your work with confidence.
New User Permissions in VRIFY
We’ve updated user permissions to give more control over who can access different parts of VRIFY. Now, when inviting a new user, you can choose whether they have access to:
Present – Create and edit 3D Presentations, recordings, embeds, and company files.
Predict – Build DORA experiments.
Data – Upload and manage files related to your assets.
Company – Access settings to manage users and company information.
By default, all settings will be toggled on — just toggle off any areas you want to restrict before sending their invite.
Note: Existing users keep their full access unless updated manually.
This update helps ensure each team member sees only what they need, making your VRIFY workspace more secure and streamlined.
Read Add or Remove Users for more information and a step-by-step walkthrough.
A New Home Page Experience
A brand-new Home Page has been designed to make workflows faster and more intuitive.
The new Home Page includes:
Quick access to create new 3D Presentations, build experiments in Dora, or update data.
Streamlined lists of recent presentations and experiments, so you can pick up right where you left off.
Access to recommended Training Resources on Present and Predict.
Note: During initial onboarding, VRIFY users may find their Recent Presentations and Experiments sections empty. While awaiting for the initial data results from the VRIFY team, explore Training Resources for VRIFY tips, guides, and walkthroughs and get a head start on using its features.
New Access Controls for 3D Presentations
We’ve made it easier to control who can view, edit, or manage your 3D Presentations.
You can:
Set General Access Levels to keep content private, share across your company, or make it available to everyone via a link.
Invite individuals and assign specific roles (Viewer, Editor, or add an additional Owner).
This update gives more flexibility to collaborate securely and share presentations with the intended audience.

VRIFY iOS App Update (Version 4.5.0)
There is an updated VRIFY App (Version 4.5) that reflects the new Access Levels for 3D Presentations.
What’s New
You’ll now see a clear indicator when a 3D Presentation has restricted access, making it easier to confidently choose the correct presentation before opening, especially when working with sensitive or internal content.
A lock icon and the label Confidential will appear when a 3D Presentation’s General Access is set to:
Only People Invited, or
Everyone at Company
For 3D Presentations available to Anyone with the Link, no indicator will be shown.
Note
If you see “Private” listed beside a 3D Presentation, the iPad is running an older version of the VRIFY App and should be updated to version 4.5.0 to ensure access levels are displayed correctly.
New Feature: Export Your 3D Presentation as a PDF
You can now export your VRIFY 3D Presentation as a PDF — ideal for specific scenarios like submitting to conference organizers.
While convenient for static sharing, remember: a PDF doesn’t replace the power of a fully interactive VRIFY Presentation.
