Learn how to generally navigate to and around VRIFY AI.

Overview

This article provides a high-level guide on navigating the VRIFY AI's user interface, explaining the main tools, features, and navigation tips to help users work efficiently and locate key functions within the platform.

VRIFY AI allows you to access and run experiments to create Prediction Maps for commodity target predictions, and explore other project-related data.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Accessing a Prediction Map:

  1. Log into VRIFY.com

  2. On the left side panel, click VRIFY AI.

  3. You will be brought to the Prediction Map page.

    1. To open an existing Prediction Map, click anywhere on the row that has the Map you want to open.

    2. To create a new Prediction Map, click +New Prediction Map on the top-right of the screen.

  4. Once you have opened a new or existing Prediction Map, follow the steps on the left navigation panel.

Configuration Step Menu

This menu is where you will adjust the settings to generate your Prediction Map. Step-specific configurations will be available through popouts throughout the process.

View Panel

This section is where you will be able to visualize aspects of your Prediction Map as you progress through Steps 1-6. Different visualizations will be produced at various steps.

In the 3D view panel, you can use the following controls to view and adjust your vantage point:

  • Left click: click and drag to spin the 3D model.

  • Right click: click and drag to move the 3D model without spinning or zooming it.

  • Scroll: scroll to zoom in and out.

  • Two-finger pinch on touchpad: zoom in and out.

    • To zoom in or out using pinch-to-zoom, place two fingers, like your thumb and index finger, on the surface. Keep them in contact with the surface while spreading your fingers apart to zoom in or bringing them closer together to zoom out.

  • Click the compass: to center the view panel and view AOI from plan view.

3D Menu and Vertical Exaggeration

These controls allow you to toggle on or off various 3D layers in the view panel. The vertical exaggeration allows you to adjust how exaggerated the 3D layers are displayed.

Results Panel

This is where you will be able to view outputs in Step 6. It can be collapsed when not needed, or expanded so you can review the graphs.
